Stockholm’s Spiich Raises €3 Million to Let AI Handle Sales Admin - Prime World Media Funding News

Stockholm-based Spiich has raised €3 million in a Seed funding round to expand its AI-powered platform that handles the administrative work surrounding sales, allowing sales teams to spend more time building customer relationships and closing deals. The round was led by Copenhagen-based Ugly Duckling Ventures, with Alliance VC and Cherry Ventures joining as new investors. Existing backer Ampli Ventures also participated, alongside angel investors from companies including Lovable, Neo4j, Tandem Health and OpenAI.

Founded in Stockholm in 2025 by Johan Torssell, CEO, and Dennis Hadzialic, CTO, Spiich is building an agentic sales platform that sits on top of existing CRM systems rather than replacing them. The company was founded by the two KTH alumni and previously raised a €600,000 pre-seed round led by Ampli Ventures in November 2025.

Spiich’s AI agents handle tasks such as finding and researching prospects, preparing meeting briefs, updating CRM records, organising follow-ups and managing sales pipeline administration. The platform connects with CRMs including HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive and Salesforce, while also integrating with tools such as Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Fathom and Fireflies.

Rather than replacing the human side of sales, Spiich is designed to remove the repetitive work around it. Its system operates through three main modes: a conversational assistant that lets reps work with their CRM through voice or text, autonomous background agents that can prospect and qualify leads based on schedules or CRM triggers, and meeting intelligence that prepares briefs and turns conversations into structured notes, CRM updates and follow-up drafts.

The company says its platform can eliminate more than nine hours of administrative work per sales representative each week. Customer examples include Zubs, which reported 90% less prospecting time, Hedda, which achieved 12x faster prospect research, and BuilderBase, which reported twice as many weekly meetings while eliminating manual CRM administration. Spiich currently serves customers across more than 10 countries and three continents.

The latest financing brings Spiich’s total funding to €3.6 million. The company plans to use the capital to expand its team and continue developing its AI agents as it grows across European and international B2B sales markets.
